Rheyfestoon®(C) (N)3GRDGC5G flexible screened round festoon cables 0.6/1 (1.2) kV in line with DIN VDE 0250 part 812, UL File E60419
Application:
Heavy duty rubber cable for power supplies. For festoon applications with mechanical tensile stress compared to dynamic stress. Especially developed to prevent electrical and electromagnetic disturbances and to protect parallel laying control cables against interference’s. Travel speed of trolleys up to 240 m/min.

- Three cores with divided protective conductor (3 x … + 3 x …/3)
Design:
- Conductor: Flexible stranded plain copper according to DIN EN / IEC 60228 class 5
- Insulation: Elastomeric hard grade ethylene-propylene rubber compound better than IEC 60502-1
- Inner sheath (not for single core versions): Special synthetic rubber compound for a maximum operating temperature at conductor of 90 °C
- EMC screen: Composite screen of tinned copper wires and synthetic threads, coverage > 80%
- Outer sheath: Heavy duty chlorinated rubber compound type 5GM5 according to DIN VDE 0207 part 21
